Babies.co.nz Delivery Policy

1. For deliveries inside the Auckland metropolitan area, we make same day delivery unless in an exceptional situation when it might be delivered next day. Deliveries elsewhere could be made next day or the day after.
2. We always try to provide our customers with convenience and more savings on their orders through providing extra savings on the courier charges. This is achieved by sticking two boxes together and charges you one courier ticket.
3. All deliveries in rural areas are subject to the use of an additional Rural Delivery Ticket to secure the delivery to the given address for extra convenience of the customer.

Please note that the expected delivery times depend on the availability of your order, your location and acceptance of payment. The delivery times are estimates based on third party calculations (Courier Companies) and we do not hold any responsibilities for the delays in delivery.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange to have the damaged item returned to us and either repair or replace the goods, at its election. Damaged goods must be returned to the relevant Store in the condition received by you with all original packaging, together with all packing slips.
