Britax Grow With You ClickTight Harness-to-Booster Car Seat

The Britax Grow With You™ ClickTight® Harness-to-Booster Car Seat takes your child from toddler to big kid in one seat. Use it forward-facing with a 5-point harness from 13.5kg to 30kg, then tuck the harness away and it becomes a high-back belt-positioning booster up to 54kg and 160cm tall.

What makes it stand out is ClickTight® Installation. Open the seat, thread and buckle the seatbelt through the open, colour-coded belt path, then click it closed. A built-in steel tensioner tightens the seat into your car for you, so you get a secure fit without wrestling with straps.

Your child is protected by an impact-stabilising steel frame, an impact-absorbing base, two layers of side protection and Britax's patented V-shaped tether with staged-release stitching. The SafeWash® cover is machine washable and dryer safe, and naturally flame-retardant with no added FR chemicals.

Key Features

• Harness-to-Booster, 2 Modes – Forward-facing 5-point harness (13.5–30kg) and high-back booster (18–54kg).
• ClickTight® Installation – Secure seatbelt installation in three simple steps: open, thread and buckle, then click closed.
• Lower Connectors – Easy-on, easy-off lower connectors offer an alternative installation method.
• 9-Position Headrest & Harness – No-rethread harness adjusts with one hand as your child grows.
• Impact-Stabilising Steel Frame – Strength where it matters most, at the connection to your vehicle.
• Impact-Absorbing Base – Compresses to reduce the force of a collision.
• Two Layers of Side Protection – A deep, foam-lined shell and quick-adjust head protection.
• Patented V-Shaped Tether – Two-strap design with staged-release stitches to reduce forward movement and seat rotation.
• Easy Harness Storage – The 5-point harness tucks away inside the seat when you switch to booster mode.
• Colour-Coded Belt Guides – Help you route the seatbelt correctly in booster mode.
• 2-Position Recline & 2-Position Buckle – For comfort in harness mode and a better fit as your child grows.

Why Parents Choose the Grow With You ClickTight

• The easiest secure install: ClickTight® does the tightening for you, which is great if you move the seat between cars or grandparents help with pick-ups.
• One seat from toddler to big kid: Harness for younger children, then a high-back booster up to 54kg, so there's no separate booster to buy later.
• Built for protection: Steel frame, impact-absorbing base and two layers of side protection.
• Easy to keep clean: The SafeWash® cover goes straight in the washing machine and dryer.

Grow With You ClickTight vs Grow With You (Mod Black)

Both seats share the same harness and booster limits and the same 9-position harness. The ClickTight version adds Britax's easiest installation system, a steel frame and impact-absorbing base, and the SafeWash® cover. The Mod Black skips ClickTight and installs with quick-push lower connectors instead.

Specifications

Britax recommends keeping your child in the 5-point harness until they exceed its weight or height limit. In New Zealand, children must use an approved child restraint until their 7th birthday.
