How do I know if my item is eligible?
Most products are available for Click & Collect. The product page will indicate eligibility, and this option will appear at checkout if all items qualify.
How will I know when my order is ready?
You’ll receive an email once your order has been picked and is ready for collection.
How quickly can I collect my order?
Orders placed before 1pm are typically ready the next working day. During busy periods, this may take longer.
What do I need to bring?

- A valid photo ID (e.g. driver’s licence or passport)
Can someone else collect on my behalf?
Yes. They will need:
- Your order confirmation

What happens if an item is unavailable?
While we aim to keep all products in stock, occasional discrepancies can occur.
If part of your order cannot be fulfilled:
