At Babies.co.nz we aim to always give our customers the best prices but we know sometimes you may find one of our products cheaper elsewhere. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we like to show the same level of loyalty to our customers that they show to us. To give you confidence when shopping at Babies.co.nz, we have developed a competitive price match policy for our range.

Terms and Conditions

• Price match guarantee excludes consumables (nappies, wipes, baby lotions etc).

• Price match guarantee applies online and in store purchases.

• Competitive price must be from a New Zealand based, baby store retailer.

• Price must be current and available for us to view.

• Competitor must have the item/s in stock.

• Product must be the exact same item and color that Babies.co.nz and stock.

• We do not match prices special orders.

• We do not match the prices of companies that are liquidation, deals sites, auction sites or sell-outs.

• Product must be identical (including colors/design).

• All price matching would incur competitors website delivery fee. 

• We do not price match competitor advertising errors or misprints .

• Verbal quotes not accepted.

• No further discounts, coupons, specials or other promo offers apply to price matched items.

• Product must be brand new in boxes competitors display stock can not be matched.

• Our price match policy cannot be used in conjunction with any other Babies.co.nz promotion and/or offer.

• Matched price is only available at time of purchase, must be paid in full on the day and taken same day.

• Babies.co.nz reserve the right to refuse a price match at any time.

• Babies.co.nz reserve the right not to match online only websites.

• Babies.co.nz will not match Parallel, or Direct Importing sites.
