Our Sleepytot Portable White Noise Machine has an internal rechargeable battery which means you never need to replace batteries or worry about your child opening the machine and playing with batteries.

You will get the best battery life when it is used on medium volume without the nightlight.
The machine does come with a little bit of demo charge already, please use this and let it die before charging fully. The lower the volume played at, the longer your battery will last (and considerably longer when the light is not used).
For longevity of your battery we suggest not having the unit plugged in whilst playing. Only charge when necessary.
