How to Use 

For warmth:
1-Wrap her in a moist paper towel or cloth, and microwave in 10 second intervals, and no more than 30 seconds. 2- Apply her directly onto the breast inside your bra, fabric side to skin.

For cooling:
1-Keep her in the fridge or freezer for an hour or so. 2-Once cold, apply her directly onto breasts inside your bra, fabric side to skin. (Or you don't have to be wearing a bra - free the nip!)
