How to Use 

1-Add a handful of her into warm bath water

2-Swish around and hop in - use as much or as little as you like

3-Soak for as long as feels good (even 5 minutes counts, mama!)

Note:With both vaginal and belly birth deliveries, check with your Lead Maternity Carer before first use, as timing for baths can differ

Hot Mama Tip 
Not up for a full bath? Use her in a sitz bath to soak just your sensitive areas, or as a foot soak. Many mamas find her especially comforting when postpartum swelling leaves them feeling puffy and sore.
