How to Use 

Squeeze a dollop of gel onto a fresh pad and spread evenly

Fold the pad in half, then repeat for as many as you like (this tube makes up to 20 pads)

Store prepared pads in an airtight container or ziplock bag to keep them clean

When you’re ready, either:

Use her straight away for natural cooling comfort

Or freeze, then let the pad thaw a little at room temp before placing on bare skin
